Jeffrey Marino, MD

A fellowship-trained laryngologist, Dr. Jeff Marino specializes in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of disorders of voice, swallowing, and upper airway. He completed medical school at Lousiana State University, followed by an otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at University of Connecticut and a fellowship in laryngology at the Emory Voice Center. He practiced in his hometown of New Orleans for nearly a decade, during which time he served as clinical faculty for the Tulane otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency program. He returned to Connecticut in 2025 to join his former colleagues and mentors at Connecticut Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates and serve as clinical faculty for the UConn otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency program.

Dr. Marino enjoys caring for patients in an interdisciplinary fashion with colleagues in speechlanugage pathology. He advocates for conservative, non-surgical, and minimally invasive strategies whenever possible. A particular interest of his is the expanding range of laryngeal procedures which he is able to perform in the office without the need for sedation or general anesthesia.

Together with his wife and their three children, Dr. Marino is excited to settle in Connecticut and tap into the the varied experiences that the New England region offers.
